Products:
- Authenticity: All products listed on the platform must be authentic and not counterfeit or fake.
- Accurate Listings: Sellers are responsible for accurately listing their products on the platform, including images, descriptions, and specifications.
- Non-Misleading: Product listings must not be misleading or deceptive.
Payment and Withdrawal:
- Commission: The platform commission on each sale is 20% of the total sales for the seller, excluding shipping fees.
- Transfer: Transfers are processed weekly every Thursday by either the seller or the platform.
- Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for handling returns promptly and issuing refunds according to platform guidelines.
Shipping and Logistics:
- Shipping Policies: Sellers must adhere to our shipping policies and provide accurate tracking information.
- Packaging and Labeling: Orders must be shipped promptly within 3 business days to the shipping company, with proper packaging and labeling.
Shipping Fees:
- Uniform Structure: Sellers agree to adhere to our uniform shipping fee structure and not impose any additional or hidden fees.
Inventory Availability and Management:
- Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for accurately updating inventory levels on the platform.
- Out-of-Stock Products: Products that are not available must be removed or marked as unavailable to avoid any inconvenience to customers.
- Penalties: Sellers will face penalties for failure to update inventory availability correctly.
Customer Service:
- High Standard: Sellers must maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with customers on the platform.
- Responding to Inquiries: This includes promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
Technical Support:
- We provide necessary technical support for adding products.
- The first 50 products are added for free according to the platform’s specified timeline.
- We can assist in adding more products for a fee determined by the platform upon agreement.
Termination of Agreement:
- Violations: Such violations may lead to termination of the agreement with any seller found to be in breach of these terms and conditions. This may result in the removal of the seller’s listings from the platform and suspension of their account.
Amendments:
- Right to Amend: The platform reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
- Consent to Amendments: Sellers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our platform constitutes consent to the amended terms.
